    Robert Santy, president and CEO of CERC has a 27-year career in the economic development field, most recently serving as president of the Regional Growth Partnership in New Haven, Connecticut. During his time at RGP, Santy provided leadership to statewide efforts that supported regional agendas including but not limited to tax reform, economic development, affordable housing and competitiveness.
